Starting A Fitness Program

This article has one very specific goal in mind, and thats to give you step by step instruction on how to be more physcally fit. Before we get started, losing weight quickly or taking diet pills can be dangerous.
Drink Water, Avoid Dehydration- Most people wait until they fill thirsty to have a glass of water not realizing that this is a form of dehydratrion. This is bad so, a few days before you start your workout, increase your intake of water to 64 oz. or 8 cups a day.
Don't Over Do It- This is a big reason why many do not continue with an exercise program. Start off slow, and add intensity slowly over time. you want life long messurable results.

Keep A Food Journal-  This may sound strange, but don't change your eating habits for the first two weeks. Keep a journal of all the foods you consume and what times you ate them. 
Working back through your list, circle the odviouse foods that are unhealthy and start looking for healthy alternatives that you like. You can do this!
